Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak-season volume can extend them.
Holiday order-by dates
Each seasonal collection shows its own order-by date. Orders placed after that date may not arrive before the occasion. During November and December, carrier networks run at capacity — we strongly recommend ordering early.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.
Split shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive on different days at no extra cost to you.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can amend an address only before the order has been dispatched.
